I wanted to let you all know about game, an upcoming co-op first-person shooter from Arkane Austin. If you’re familiar with Arkane’s previous work on Prey and Dishonored, then you know that Redfall is going to be a great game. It’s got everything you love about Arkane’s games, plus it’s a story-driven action shooter. Can’t wait to play it!
Uncover the Truth, Take Back Redfall
Redfall is being overrun by vampires and the sun has been blocked out. The citizens are cut off from the outside world. It’s up to you to explore the open world, find out what’s going on, and stop the vampires. You’ll have to team up with a few survivors to defeat the creatures that are threatening the town.
Slay Alone or Squad Up – Redfall is an awesome game that blends single-player and multiplayer options together perfectly. You can go into the dark alone or team up with up to three other players for some co-op action. It’s a lot of fun working with different loadouts and combinations of heroes to find creative solutions to the vampire apocalypse. You’ll collect an arsenal of specialized weaponry and upgrades for your character as you go, so you can tailor your playstyle to be whatever you want it to be.
Unconventional Heroes vs. the Night – Redfall‘s vampires are the result of science experiments gone wrong, and they’re not happy about it. They’ve got psychic abilities, and they’re not afraid to use them. You’ll have to be creative to beat them. Choose from a team of heroes with different abilities to take them down.
Devinder Crousley – An aspiring inventor and cryptozoologist, he’s armed with weapons of his own creation and out to prove himself.
Layla Ellison – A biomedical engineering student who interned at a research facility and was involved in an accident that gave her intense telekinetic abilities.
Remi de la Rosa – This tough combat engineer is always on the frontlines. With the help of her robot Bribón, she’s working to rescue survivors in the war-torn city of Redfall.
Jacob Boyer – An ex-military sniper who now works as a private contractor. Strange events on Redfall have left Jacob with a weird vampiric eye and a phantom raven by his side.
The Open World of Redfall – Redfall is a great Arkane experience that mixes the familiar with the extraordinary. The open world is handcrafted by the same masterminds who brought us Prey’s Talos I space station and Dishonored’s Dunwall. You’ll battle through cultist outposts and supernatural psychic spaces as you uncover Redfall‘s many mysteries. Downtown, the forest, the seaside boardwalk…it’ll be a fight to remember.
